You must be at least 18 years of age to use STRIQ. By using the Service you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws

STRIQ is not intended for use by minors.

STRIQ provides software tools designed to analyze golf swing videos and generate biomechanical insights including movement patterns and performance metrics.

These insights are intended for informational and training purposes only. STRIQ does not provide professional coaching or medical advice.

To access certain features of the Service you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may upload content to the Service including golf swing videos, images, and related training data. You retain ownership of any content you upload.

However, by uploading content you grant STRIQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, analyze, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

To improve the accuracy of STRIQ's swing analysis technology, uploaded swing videos and derived biomechanical data may be used to train and improve machine learning models. This processing may include:

• Analyzing movement patterns
• Extracting biomechanical data
• Improving detection algorithms

STRIQ will not publicly distribute or sell your raw swing videos. Where possible, model improvements are derived from processed movement data rather than raw video footage.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Upload content that violates the rights of others
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary algorithms

STRIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

STRIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRIQ shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or injuries or damages resulting from the use of the Service.

Users are responsible for how they apply the insights generated by the Service. STRIQ provides analytical insights only and does not guarantee performance improvements.

All software, algorithms, branding, and intellectual property associated with STRIQ remain the property of STRIQ. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, illegal activity is suspected, or the Service is being misused. Users may request deletion of their account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the STRIQ website with a revised date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
